Note: July is high-season and many flights and hotel rooms will be full - attendees are advised to book their travel and accommodations as early as possible.

The FKFT organisation has negotiated arrangements for blocks of rooms for conference attendees.

These hotels are subject to special rates when booking through the RACC. For booking through RACC please go to the reservations page. The rates are valid until a cutoff date (varying per hotel) and attendees are strongly encouraged to reserve a room by this date. If no cutoff date is shown, or if it has been expired, rates may vary.

On the cutoff date any rooms in the block that have not been booked definitively will be be released for sale to other customers.

Hotel Paral·lel

20 available rooms on a free-booking basis for our attendees until the 30th of April. 25% advanced payment required from them onwards, 25% more before the 20th of June, final 50% before the 9th of July. Price starting at 93 euros p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

Hotel Autohogar

30 available rooms on free-booking basis for our attendees until the 25th of May. Full payment is needed after that date. Cancelling of rooms is penalised after that date. Price starting at 74 euros p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

Hotel Open

20 available rooms on free booking basis for our attendees until the 21st of April. Price starting at 104 euros p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

Hotel H10 Itaca

20 available rooms on free booking basis for our attendees until 14th of April. Price starting at 115 euros p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

Hotel B Hotel

20 available rooms until the 15th of April. Price starting at 120 euros p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

Hotel Barceló Sants

30 available rooms until the 9^th of April. New booking time deadline extension requested. Price starting at 95 euros p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

Hotel Tryp Apolo

20 available rooms until the 11th of April. Price starting t 90 euro p/r p/n. Breakfast included. VAT not included.

OTHER OPTIONS, not through the RACC:

For those of you coming in a group, or interested in soaking in a little more of the local culture and saving some money, apartments can often be obtained for 60 euro/person/night or below. Check out the Friendly Rentals website for apartments in Barcelona for short term rental.

Youth hostels, with prices varying from 20 euro/night to 50 euro/night, can be found through this website.

The availability of air conditioning and internet, and whether breakfast is included or not, vary from room to room and hotel to hotel. Check first if such accommodations are important to you.
